As a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive art therapist in Montreal, she specializes in supporting individuals facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, self-harm, identity, self-esteem, emotional regulation, grief, ADHD, and life transitions.

Her practice aims to create a safe space for self-expression, self-exploration, and self-understanding, fostering self-compassion and resilience. Ashley values the therapeutic process of art-making, empowering clients to communicate and embrace their creativity. If you’re seeking art therapy in Montreal for trauma, depression, or emotional regulation, Ashley is here to help.

Ashley offers art therapy sessions in our Pointe-Claire office in both English and French.
